[DW7000] can't access usage page??

All of a sudden I can't access usage page, what am I missing? in both ie8 and firefox it says when I click on the usage info, Secure Channel required in the popup window. It never said that before. That is in FF in ie it says 403 page is looking for a login.

Did I miss something?

Me Too, is this limited to us or is there a widespread change?

I have called them and emailed them, no response multiple times, with no response from them at all.

thanks

I just accessed it at 5 PM EDT with no problem.

FWIW, I used »consumer.performancetests.hughesnet.com/ and then the CHECK USAGE button at the right end of the button row across the top...

Working here, new list started for July. I use the link below to go there directly (all one line, no spaces) -- I don't know if it will work for any site ID in general? If it does, you can also change "this" to "previous" to get the month before.

For some reason that only seems to work for 9000's. I think they are on a different server.

I could be wrong. Any 7000's make it work?

In any case both of my usage pages are working.

On a further note, I still get the same error when I go to myhughesnet, click on customer care. Login with my login and password and then click on billing and then on usage I get the error.

When I use the link provided just above it works perfectly.

»customercare.myhughesnet.com/frm_usage.cfm

thanks again.

@direcpc.com

I also got the "secure channel required" message. I changed the URL of the offending page to start with https instead of http and then it worked. Looks like they messed up the hyperlink on the preceding page. As I recall, I wasn't able to make the URL change directly on the pop-up window. Instead I copy/pasted the URL to another FF browser window and then added the 's' there. Hope that helps until they fix their hyperlink.

I just get a blank page, whether I use my bookmark, or follow the customer care links and add the 's'.

Also, my 7000S modem is refusing connections. Anyone else seeing that?
