| [connectivity] Morning outage
I have 3.mb service to my house since 11/07 up till 03/09 it worked flawlessly. March was the beginning of the end. I've had about 7 techs out. Now it still goes out in the moring. I've been trying to get them out here again, but they are making up excuses now. If someone could answer this: I've had verizon tech support on the phone during an internet outage and they run thier line tests, they say there is no probelms. That puzzles me when at the same instant, there is no green internet light lit on the modem. |

| reply to goingcrazy In early March, I also started to experience outages, but afternoon outages, most with DSL and no internet. I can't connect to the DNS server, so eventually the modem puts the connection down. I had no observed outages in the previous 20 months, and my line quality is decent. Three modems and nine trouble tickets later, I still get outages at the same time each afternoon. Good luck! |
