I did, and the initial answer was that the problem would be fixed in 30 minutes. Then I waited for a few more hours and called again, this time the CSR said that it was due to a fiber cut.

However, I "google news"ed Rogers+outage, and seems like no one knew about this problem! Am I the only one who suffered from this "fiber cut"??!!
