July price increases
Cox currently charges the same price ($15.50) for either 2 or 3 tiers. This price was listed as a single item on previous brochures. Effective July 2, 2009, Cox will be pricing each of its Digital Cable tiers independently: Sports & Information Tier will be $4 per month, while the Variety Tier, Movie Tier, and Paquete Latino Tier will each be $3 per month. The listing on the brochure was meant to show that under the new arrangement the price for 2 tiers will go down slightly, while the price for 3 tiers will go up slightly.
gateway is $7.99 so three tiers will now cost $17.99 tiers $10+ Gateway. |

| As I said before the digital gateway fee is the most idiotic fee I've seen in any service.
1st it gives you nothing
2nd is so high in comperison with the actual hardware rental that make you ......
3rd stills give you nothing but you have to pay for if you want the service.
is just another way to hide the thru cost of the service. Is just playing insulting. Just tell me what it really cost! |

It would show alot of goodwill on Cox's part if they'd get rid of the nickel & dime charges, just roll them into the package and make the bill much easier to read and understand.
Why purposely do something that infuriates your entire customer base? |
