I've had nothing but trouble coming from Norton on other peoples PC's that they had run on it.
On top of all this you charge them for it, and it don't charge a little either. 
Think you need to take a lesson or two from Nod32 being that they charge for their product. I myself prefer Avast free, which is a excellent FREE antivirus program.

I vowed never to run another Norton product again, after miserable experiences with their antivirus line, and something else. I think I blocked it from my memory. With that said, I now run Norton Internet Security 2009 and have suggested it to friends and family. Talk about getting a customer back; NIS 2009 did it for me, so I'm looking forward to the 2010.
