If that Wd_backup is part of your backup strategy exclude it from scanning

West Hollywood, CA		 Thanks everyone.....Only reason I asked is because I've run many scans with Avast and never had a log come up telling me that it was unable to scan any files.

Cudni....if my external drive is there for an everyday backup, shouldn't I scan it?
