Users are posting complaints. Enough said. Do you even know where to go to complain about IE? Good luck with that.

A quick Google search was all that was needed. »support.microsoft.com/oas/defaul···d=588823

Sure, no luck necessary. You can use Microsoft's Internet Explorer public forums which are also accessible via NNTP. Typically Microsoft representatives will reply within a day.

Don't see anywhere to ask a question, complain or give any type of input on your link, danny9.
This page is the web equivalent of "if you want to be shown contempt, please type 1, if you want no help please type 2 etc" phone numbers we all know too well.

You didn't quote the post and this is a long thread so I don't want to look for it but if you are referring to Mozilla's web help site, it is very strangely organized but you can ask a question, search the knowledge base, etc. I get irritated there because they want you to list every extension in any question post. Plus, they want it to be more or less one on one question which I also don't care for much. I have had a few questions satisfactorily answered there but not quickly and usually the answerers are people I know who are regulars at Mozillazine forums. Why Mozilla didn't adopt Mozillazine as their official help I don't know and I think it was a bad decision.
