I need a little insight on the hand off to the phone type, sip, pots or pri. From what i understand pri would need a phone system? I have a few cisco 7960 phones (flashed for sip) and polycom sip phones id like to use as well as a few softphones (maybe xlite but open to options, needs to have reporting ability, and left click on number to dial ability on the softphone) on 2 or 3 of the lines. Also need 1 line for fax which probably needs to be pots or could possibly get a fax to email solution, but would still need a way to send outgoing fax. I need the t1 to allocate the bandwith and resources to the voip before anything else, a step up from qos if you will. Would be best if the data carrier was also the voice provider. So theres no blame game. Ill need the carrier to provide the router if i go with a bonded t1. I can provide a cisco router if i go for a single t1.
Need to have the lines on a phone system, preferably not local. Need ivr.
also need to number port 3 skype numbers, 1 bellsouth number, and 2 or 3 numbers from another provider (hosted asterisk somewhere) |
