Dish Network → helping someone set up an account

If you ever get call from dishnetwork rep stateing that they have your frien on phone which will do 2 way call, saying your friend didnt qaulify for one of their promotion. And want to use your info. declien it, since dish will set up account under your name, bills will go to your friend . but if your friend dosent pay the bill then the credit card you use will be charged any cancelation fees, if equiptment not retuned you will also be charged for it, plus big thing you credit will be srewed up
