Hello

I live in St Charles, Mo 63301. Our house has Charter cable for TV and Internet. We have two computers that routinely have connectivity problems...the service seems to come and go. I have fewer problems than my wife, but I am right next to the modem...she is in another room.

We are using the Charter supplied phone and wireless modems...the Arris TM502G and Netgear CG814GCMR.

Would replacing the wireless modem with a more capable one improve our connectivity?
