| Well technically it was providing service for another carrier. It is issued here in Sacramento area to ATT residential customers. I picked it up on a Service ticket. It was working fine with another carrier. I don't have any setup software if I need it. I can get into the modems configuration just fine. |

| Check the VPI/VCI settings (usually 0/35 for AT&T). And make sure that the line is wired properly (for the two inner pins on the connector). With that working, all you should need is the PPPoE information entered into the modem.
