| Some support needed.... With the good comes the bad....
My sister and brother in law are in labor now with twin boys. They have been trying for years to have a baby, and through numerous setbacks they have been successful which is a joy. But with that joy comes immense pain for them as one of the boys has anencephaly, a disease similar to spina bifida. The mortality rate is 100%, sometimes stillborn and sometimes living for a few days.
If you could all keep the parents and both boys in your thoughts and prayers I would appreciate it.

Bittersweet, still so great that they are blessed to have Graham. 
Congrats to you and the family for the miracle of a new-born.

I almost don't know what to say. Of course congratulations for Graham's birth. My deepest condolences on the second boy passing. So much joy and so much sadness mixed together in the same event, my heart and prayers go out to all involved.
