| [General] More bad news for me - Darn Verizon!
I contacted the CEO of Verizon Wireless via email, and the HQ Executive Relations Coordinator, after getting my contact number, had a staff member call me back. The staff member (who didn't say his name) tells me that there is a signal problem in my area - the tech didn't give him any specifics. He also said they he didn't know when the issue would be resolved - and that it was due to the merger and any possible terrain issues. He also tells me I may want to get an antenna. I told him I already had an antenna, and I asked why would the signal go from what I used to have to this bad. Merger, of course. I was so angry I didn't know what else to ask him. I don't know if there was anything else I could have asked him. He said he would have my account noted with the information. I emailed back asking how Verizon intends to assist me any further. Probably will be tomorrow when I hear anything.
I did try moving my antenna outside and putting it up as high as I could get it - that didn't work either.
I am at such a loss. I haven't worked for weeks now. I'm thinking of just scraping up some money and getting the grid antenna to try.
