 Anon | What's up with their QOS?
Kind of funny how we see there are problems and when talking to support, they say there is a problem, but yet those problems never make it to the service announcement page.
The service has been down at least 30m to an hour every couple of days on days that there are not scheduled down times. I don't understand this. I have waited for an hour on hold to talk to a support person, but noone ever answered. I have finally given up fighting with their incompetence and have started going direct to Covad. Maybe after enough calls, Covad will get BigNets service levels a bit higher since Covad has somewhat high standards of its own that it does meet. |
