Anon | Just ordered
I just ordered DSL from psn.net on 7/20, I never gave them my credit card since i dont get it for another 2 weeks, Now from what ive seen on these posts it looks bad But i just got a call back from my sales rep, and everything looks ok for now. If anything goes wrong ill have my uncle deal with it since he works for the fbi.. Ill be updating everyone on how it goes |

Anon |  Oh they are very good at scheduling. My line was installed in two weeks. Not bad, I thought. But that is when my troubles began. My line is in, my computer is on, but the connection doesn't work and their tech support is clueless. You wait hours to get through to me, and all they tell you is that Level II is looking at it and nothing has happened for days. All my emails asking for status updates have been ignored. They don't know anything about customer service! |
