I am slowly going nuts with my incredibly slow connection. Upon using DrTCP, I change the rwin as suggested, save, exit and re-boot and it remains the same. What's even more irritating is how it even changes in the first place.

Also, when doing the speed test, it shows an incredibly slow download speed (below 800) although when I've done the test before it was upwards of 2700
