Difference between these 2 Intel SSDs

Martinus Premium join:2001-08-06 EU 1 edit	Difference between these 2 Intel SSDs What is the difference between the G2C1 and the G2R5 besides the G2R5 being retail and the G2C1 OEM? I really don't need the box or manual but I was wondering if there are any accessories in the retail version that I'll need to install the drive? Edit: I've just read that these drives come as 50nm and 34nm. Which type would be best? Many thanks Martinus

asdfdfdfdfdf @Level3.net	Keep in mind they are 2.5". You can always just lay them in the bottom of your case or tape them up somewhere with electrical tape. You don't have to be very particular about it.

Edit: This may be a noob question - I've never had an SSD before - but what about temperatures? Do SSDs heat up? I'm thinking about the electrical tape melting...

If you don't move your machine you don't even have to tape it. You could just connect it and lay it in the bottom of your case. It would be best to remember to secure it or disconnect it before transporting the box somewhere.
