In the TCPOtimiser page: Select Modify all network setting. Then select Optimise. OK and it will then ask to reboot.

Your Tweak Test expired. Can you please another one?

Also on your advertised speed, is that kilo BITS or Kilo BYTES?
3008 Kbps (downstream)
512 Kbps (upstream)

Just about all ISPs use Bits and not Bytes.

Download DrTcp

Set Tcp Receive Window to 31944

Set Windows Scaling, Time Stamping, Selective Acks, Path MTU Discovery, Black Hole Detection to Default.

Leave Max Duplicate Acks and TTL Blank

Save/Exit DrTcp

Reboot

Rerun the Tweak Test

Run Two Speed Tests from the two DIFFERENT cities nearest to you that are listed here: Speakeasy POPs

Also, test here »ftp://ftp1.optonline.net/test512

Note your transfer rate after about 30 seconds. Then cancel the download.

Post the URL for the New Tweak Test. For the TWO Speakeasy Tests, Copy and Paste the speed results from those tests and note the speed from the FTP download test.

That all looks good, but I wonder if your connection is higher than 3mb.

Leave all the settings alone Except pump the RWIN to 63888.

Save, exit, reboot, retest and repost.

I guess that is all there is in that line. You can leave the RWIN where it is or put it back to 31944.

That’s about as good as it gets. It isn’t going to get much better than that. Put a fork in it you’re done.
