How much you want to be that credit score is going below 800?

I'd call them back and reinstate those two cards. Otherwise, you will now be maxed on one card and you've lost the available credit from those other two cards.

Bankruptcy doesn't mean you don't have to pay your debts... I'm sure you know that.

Somehow i doubt their TRUE FICOs were anywhere near 800.
75% debt to credit ratio would be a bit hit on the score regardless of how it was paid back.

I can assure you for most of the banks, opting out does close the card.

If the bank wants to screw you it will just wait for you to miss a payment. You can only opt out once. 2nd time around you are going for a ride.
