RIP David The client wanted future proofing from an old VIAO Sony based desktop. I hardly ever do builds anymore for other people , mainly because futuristic issues, become mine, even though the builds are free. The cost factor ranged from $1,200 -$1,500. Some smudging should be expected, Arctic silver was not included as I have more than enough.
This system would allow for upgrades of your own choice for CPU, Video card and memory, later.

I would have rather gone a smaller VRaptor 150G and added a 1T WD drive as storage.
