 Anon | STAY AWAY!!!
I have my line DSL line installed and it seems to be working, at least according to PSN. (That is the last thing they know anything about!) My line has been in for nine days, but their techs can't get my connection to work, and they have deligated it to some other level. They say it will take 24-48 hours, well how many hours is nine days?
These guys are inept and non-responsive. I have tried calling ANYONE in the company that will listen. I have been disconnected on transfers three times, and I have been told three times that someone will get right back to me. I am still waiting. Oh yeah, and I have sent three emails with no response.
These are the worst business people on the face of the earth and they should be shut down by the Department of Justice for being a menace to the good names of other ISP's. They seem to have forgotten about the word 'service' in ISP.
If you value your sanity and your money. DO NOT EVER THINK OF USING PSN.
The only thing they are good at is charging your credit card and taking your money. Once they have that, they don't seem to care if their service works or not. |
