| I don't know of any PeerBlock like applications for the Mac, but the bittorrent client Transmission on the Mac offers this functionality built in.

It's a bit torrent app. You have to download it first: »www.transmissionbt.com/ Also, after you install it, you won't find those settings in system preferences. They'll be in the Transmission app itself

Azureus (Vuze) also has a Mac version, in which you can import a blocklist into the IP filters.
There is also apparently a Mac version of uTorrent, though I cannot confirm this - it doesn't show up on Slyck.com, but I saw one client trying to connect to a particular torrent I was downloading a short time ago.
The official BitTorrent client also has a Mac version.
Edit: It sounds like Transmission may be your best bet.
