Not seeing it here in Kent, WA Tried from home yesterday evening in case you have to log in over your Comcast connection in order to see it. Tried at work this afternoon.
You don't have to be on Comcast to see the meter. I even got an email from them furninshing the information w/explanations that I put in my post. It actually went back a couple of months, so it has been 'online' for awhile, monitoring so that we could see the comparison.
Just login to »customer.comcast.com; sign in and click the Users & Settings tab; then click "view details"
