|  Horrible service with fake claims
PSN sucks! All was going good until it stopped working. After calling them and staying on hold for several hours I found out my account was disabled since I was supposedly stealing IPs. Not only was I not stealing IPs, they could not back their claim with evidence. I suggested they come to my house and see I was not stealing IPs, but they said there was no way they were wrong.
Later on, I tried to call PSN to resolve this but after several more hours on hold an incompitant operator picked up the phone. She tried to put me through to several representatives, but I went back on hold and had to wait for another incompitant operator.
After canceling my VISA payment in the beginning of 2000, I just recently got contacted by a representative who expects me to pay the bill and pay other fees like installation and equipment (which were supposed to be free). |
