Security Suite For Mediacom Customers *updated*

As a Mediacom internet customer you are eligible to get free security suite software by CA (for Windows only). More information can be found HERE. To start you need to have a Mediacom email account. If you don't have one you need to call Tier 1 tech support at 1-877-387-8087 and set one up.

Once you have your email account setup, you need to go HERE and enter your Mediacom email address, your first and last name.

Within couple of minutes you should receive an email with the download link and registration code. You can check your email using your email client or online HERE. The software should not expire as long as you remain a Mediacom internet customer.

PS If the link points to an outdated version of the software, you can manually download the latest version by clicking HERE and navigating to the file named issdm_ca_en.exe. The latest version supports Windows 64 bit.

Sure wish they would provide a better suite. This software is garbage IMO and is reviewed terrible across the web.

I don't like it either but some people prefer free over paid software.

Ok, but better free options exist than CA.
