Grand Prairie, TX | Signals I've been having some intermittent problems since yesterday. Web sites not responding in short spurts, bad VOIP call quality, no packet loss though. Not sure what are good signals for U-verse. Can someone comment on these? Thanks.

Do you have U-verse TV? If so, any freezing or pixelation during the same time frame as your other problems?
Most of the time signal problems are most noticed on the TV service, but this is not always the case. |

Grand Prairie, TX | Thanks. I don't have U-Verse TV, only internet. Here are the correct screenshots. Everything seems to be fine except my VOIP services (Skype, CallCentric). The quality of them is just mediocre all of a sudden (they were fine until a couple of days ago). You know that robotic voice sound, I get that a lot. Tried rebooting the modem several times but there is no difference. |
