Re: Your System - May/June 2010 Completely re-did a Dell GX280 SFF system.
Replaced the 80 Gig SATA HD with a 1.5TB one and added a Firewire card. Upgraded memory from 2 GB to 3 GB. It's dual booting W98SE (mostly for ghosting) and XP. It's a computer mostly for storing and working with videos, but the main thing is that this will allow me to kick my daughter off of my main computer! CPU is a 3.2 GHz HT Pentium 4, video is ATI x600 with DVI/TV out. I already had everything but the 1.5 TB HD, so the material cost of the upgrade was around $90 + tax. -- And the winner is: |

High quality Japanese capacitors provide uncompromised performance and reliability.
Probably should have bought the 750W and as fate would have it after buying the 850W, the 750W dropped $20.00 Not to worry, needed the extra AMPS for future proofing SLI / X2~ S-ISP LCD's, preparing for the new system build and buying what I can test on the front end first, piece by piece. First time doing that in order to get what I want @ the end of the tunnel.
