i was upgrading the firmware for the hp then it froze and was like that for about an hour i shut the printer off now when i turn it on it it does not boot up it just sits there and displays hewlet packard. is there a way i can force the firmware onto the printer? any any info would be great please and thank you
the link is a different issue. The firmware flash of the OP never finished or it got stuck and bricked the printer. Likely not going to be able to flash it and it would need to be sent into HP for repair. -- Brian
