HELP! I've signed up last week but I found all these reviews that PSN.NET is a load of %^@#! But if I cancel, I lose the $250+39.95+39.95=$328. They haven't even charged my credit card yet, so my on-line statement says, and it's been a week. Should I bail or hang in for a month to see if it works? (I'm in Winter Springs, FL). |

Anon | I would hang on... Against my suggestion, my atty (and customer) signed on with PSN. It's been five weeks with no service, but the price is worth it.
My other customer (a church/office) has had a terrible experience with PSN. But after much ravings of a lunatic (Me, not them) it has been working for 16 straight days. I hope I never have to deal with tech support again. However we are in for a problem if they charge me for the 5 weeks the service was "installed" but not working.
I am actually contemplating sending them a bill for the 24+ hours I sat on hold on behalf of my customer.
Good luck!
