Fast Path or Interleave?

Ok, I have a bit of a situation. I had ADSL 3.0 and upgraded to ADSL 6.0. I managed to get the maintenance department to do an experiment with me. Its recommended that I go on Interleave; however, I had them place me on Fast Path to see the difference.

With Fast Path, I get lots of CRC errors, over 100 per day, and with Interleave set at a depth of 64 for Download and 8 for Upload, I get zero CRC errors.

Thus I think its a good idea to go on Interleave.

My issue is I play online games and I'm not sure how the lag from Interleave will affect game play. Is there anyone here who has experienced online games with Interleave?

My ping is at about 10-15 with Fast Path and about 40-60 with Interleave.

BTW the game in question is World of Warcraft.

Thanks.

It will increase the latency as you see - usually it is a lot more than you see. For WoW I don't think it will make the game unplayable.

Thanks for the reply. I guess I should be just fine.

If you're not disconnecting from your game, then you should keep interleaving off.

If you have trouble maintaining a solid connection, then you should leave it on.
