He then said that they can send a tech out there...that I may have to pay for. Then he advertised their insurance.
I can't believe that. They are selling insurance in case their shit messes up.
I really wish more people who had bresnan knew about this forum, so I could see if it is a widespread issue or not.
I've had internet with Ameritech (later ATT), Verizon wireless, Time Warner and Comcast. Bresnan has by far given me the most issues with their service.

| It is frustrating being on a smaller forum to compare outages and other problems with. I didn't know they had an insurance plan now to cover truck rolls...guess that's something new or have they always had it and are just now enforcing it? |
