| Customer Service As Defined By George Carlin
"Complaints include inaccessible e-mail, failure to log onto more than a third of the time, lousy customer service, and nothing but general answers to specific problems."
And this is headline news? Got more for you - their track record isn't unique to Maryland, not by a longshot. Everyone blessed to live within their franchise know that Adelphia's idea of "servicing the customer" comes straight from a George Carlin monologue. |

| True, but SOMETIMES you get a good one...
This seems to be few and far between, but I actually got to talk to a tier 2 tech that knew something. I was fixing a friend's computer at my house and could not get the machine to get a DHCP address. I called to find out why my machine does not have a problem and his does (BTW the NIC card was functional), and the tech said that the cable modem marrys itself to the NIC card.... I never thought of that....
so SOMETIMES you get a good tech.... |
