| It's nice to know... I find comfort in the fact that with the right "channels", complaints will be taken seriously. The problem is when people are having a bad experience with their internet provider they just complain to their friends and family. Therefore nothing is done to improve the situation.
It would be most helpful if someone would be willing to provide local and national addresses and phone numbers for organizations that will help out. Consumer advocates. Or maybe that information is already posted somewhere and a link to that site would be helpful.
