PHP Mail Function - Need Some Help Please

Hello all,

First thanks for taking the time to read my problems

I'm running Fedora 12 as a web server for a intranet site. Everything is currently up and running (Mysql, PHP, Apache, FTP, SSHD) and the site seemed fully functional.

I'm using Joomla for our intranet site, I noticed whenever I try to send mail from the site, it just keeps reporting "Could Not Send Mail". Then I tried using this other mail PHP script to rule out Joomla, same results.

This leaves me to believe something is not setup properly on PHP on Sendmail. I have the service running and have port 25 opened in the firewall, I can see port 25 listening in netstat -nl.

I don't have much experience with Sendmail, SMTP, PHP Mail Function. So I'm not sure where to start, here's what the maillog reports
