Yea, I don't know what the issue is lately but I have had connection issues with EarthLink this year. The past 7 years have not been an issue. Tech Support sucks. You have to chat and then call with at least 3 or 4 different techs. You get totally different questions and responses. I installed a new Zyxel P-660R-D1 modem at the request of the Tier 3 tech I spoke to last time. For a month the service was better. Again today same issues as I was having with original Zyxel modem provided in 2002. After line testing by a Tier 3 technician today the service is working excellent again. And for the first time all four lights on the new modem are on. Line Quality testing results were good.
