Skype

Hello,

I'm in Snow Leopard and I have a F5D7633-4 router. I can not configure it to connect me with Skype.

How do I open ports?

Many thank's for your answer

As long as Skype is your concern you should not need to open any ports at all. The Skype client will login to the Skype cloud and establish all the connections automatically.

Mgraves is correct... however each Skype installation picks a random port. You can find this port number in Options->Network

If you forward TCP and UDP packets from that port to the computer running Skype, you may see improved performance.

Or, if you router supports UPnP, you can simply turn that on and Skype will automatically poke a hole through the above mentioned port.
