 | Virgin Mobile MC760 HELP Please Hello and HELP............
I am stuck with a Virgin Mobile MC760 that doesn't work, I am using Vista and I can see the device in Windows Explorer but it is presented as an empty device.
I have read all the notes related to the MC760 on the present website and I am afraid I did something wrong that led to my present problem.
When I first got the device I did the install and everything worked fine. Then I had a laptop problem and had to re-install the Virgin Mobile device.... this is where my problem started. The device looks empty to Vista but I know I didn't erase it.
To recuperate the software there is a suggested Zip file in one of the thread but when I try to download it it download just a few k and stop.
Help please..... I would really like to get my MC760 working.
PS: I phoned Virgin Mobile Support but they didn't help, they want me to return the unit but I can't as I bought it from Ebay. |

 | Finally I was able to download the file located on this website, and was able to successfully install it. |
|
 | So it works now? |
|
 | Yes it does thank to this web site . Virgin Mobile tech support didn't understand my problem (!!!)and asked me to return the MC760 where I bought it. (very weak tech support I may say) |

 | reply to Lepapeherman What was the file and where can I find it? |
|
 | You will find the file VMMC760.zip here:
»Virgin Mobile USB Install Error, Help Anyone?
»/r0/download/1···C760.zip
It is exactly what was (still is) on my USB device and it fixed my problem. |
