How can the music industry still be arguing? ok fast forward (>>)about 5 years from now....... Ok is the supreme court of the United States of America still debating??? you cant put a price on a sound or a sight... are we to pay for the sounds of birds chirping? the laughter of a baby?.. if I desire to watch a sky-diving accident in 640x480 divx quality, should I have to pay? or spend hour searching the polluted internet for my goal? the answer?

NO! in Fact HELL NO

If I film myself and my girlfriend passionatly dancing on Santas lap, I should at least be able to share this experience with all the other children... Morpheus advertised to place News and events into our shared file lists..... well then its freedom of the press.. If I have a news story that people have the right to hear, see, read, or otherwise view. Then it is written in the Constitution, and is the LAW.. to keep morpheus and all other File(not just music)sharing programs open and available to the public.
