Re: Your System - March/April 2011 Can't afford an entirely new build so I just did an upgrade of my system with more memory (had 2-GB), new HDD (had Barracuda 7200.8 1.5Gb/s and Barracuda 7200.10 3.0Gb/s), and Win7 64-bit (had XP Pro). Tried to go to 6-GB memory but my motherboard didn't like having 4 slots populated. System is definitely much faster and more responsive overall. This should hold me over until I can afford a new mobo/CPU/RAM.
