FiOS and Comcap's service on the Xbox 360 will only work for FiOS and Comcap subscribers.

obviously and it will count against the comcast users. non-verizon/comcast users can use the xbox tv service also they just will not have the same features as verizon/comcast users. you totally missed the point of my post.
