 | cancelling att cell service Can we cancel it online somewhere, or do we have to go into a store?
During the last big snowstorm here in Jersey, we lost power for three days, and surprisingly not only the cell phone internet, but the actual cell phone service as well. meanwhile, my mothers verizon phone worked perfectly.
So now that verizon has the iphone, we went back to them...I'd rather cancel online if we could
thanks |

Steve MehsGun Control Is Using A Steady HandPremium join:2005-07-16 | No you can't cancel online, very few companies allow you to cancel your entire service online and no call phone/landline/cable/satellite TV providers allow it. If you chose to port your existing AT&T number over to Verizon you do not have to call and cancel. Walk into a Verizon store, get the phone, tell them you want to port your number from AT&T, Verizon will make the port request and once the number is ported over and released from AT&T your account with them will be automatically canceled. There will be no need for you to talk to anyone. -- First Osama Bin Laden and now Steve Jobs, 2011 is turning out to be a great year afterall. |
