Iron Chef,

Try looking at the surfboard diagnostics by typing "http://192.168.100.1" in your browser's address bar. If your S/N is less than 30, or your signal is less than -10 or more than +10, you have a problem you should call them about.

Most likely, it's a network problem. But you can start there.
