A moderator may move it there. In the meantime, Let's try to figure out what's happening.
There aren't a lot of tones there. What are the port rates [downstream, upstream]? The stats look OK, for whatever port rate you're synced at. Line attenuation is on the good side of average.
There are many factors which can affect DSL. If you give us more information to work with [what's the problem, what are the symptoms, when does it happen and how frequently, etc.], someone may get an idea as to what's going on, and whether it's your problem or Centurylink's.

Just ignore any references that aren't relevant to your ISP.
