I could go for any connection where I get low and constant first hop pings... my cable pings jump around so much. What are traces on the WINFIRST service like? I haven't seen any.. I suppose its probably 1ms to the first hop.

It's an application that many universities who participate in internet2 have on the web, and it lets you trace anywhere you want. Needless to say the ping to almost anywhere is ungodly. |
