Would congestion cause all speed test sites to timeout or report an error? My download speed are sometimes bad but the upload speeds would be very close to 0. Speedtest.net sometimes reports a slow download but gave an error during upload tests. Teksavvy speedtest would show a script error during UL test but ran fine 30mins later.
My speeds have been slowly improving over the last two weeks, however Dec/Jan every 3 hours speeds would drop to near 0 UL day & night including 5AM Sunday mornings. |
