Most rates have been reduced, and/or caps increased. Someone else started the thread in the TSI forum, but Marc has posted there too. And it's simple to remember. Everything is either 300GB monthly usage cap or Unlimited monthly usage.

The new TPIA rate structure has enabled product/service differentiation and innovations such as reduced speeds or unlimited usage off-peak. So I welcome any ISP, even those whose name I can't pronouce making new product offerings which are different from the rest. How's that for a neutral answer ?

BTW, when NF plays TV eps, do they insert any commericals, or do the eps run the same shorter length as a trimmed p2p file would ?
