| [DVR] DVR upgrade?...in PrimeTime tv? I came home, one cable box has not lights at all, so I figured it died. I went upstairs and the other came on, and I saw some movie on, but didn't pay attention and turned it of, just testing it. Call charter, they tell me that they're pushing out an update right now that should take about an hour... that was 4 hours ago??? What in the world, push out a software update at 7pm ET?, coinciding with the delayed Daytona 500 race?? Really... how could it take this long, and nothing, no signal at all? |

Updates are almost always done during the early morning maintenance window, not evening... |
