The area where I live will never get FiOS, LTE or sell the area off, the Barstow CA area is quite safe, VZ needs the area, but won't upgrade any out here as there are too few people out here. Me I have DSL Extreme and it's Dry Loop, 3M/768K @ $32.83 a month, so I'm not interested in an expensive service.
