T1 OR Fiber ethernet for VOIP?

Hey,
i recently opened a new business and ordered a asterix phone system(freebpx)

i am getting no more than 15 concurrent calls, and i plan using this internet connection for VoIP only.
t1 in my area is a lot more expensive than Ethernet fiber (3-3).
is Ethernet fiber good for VoIP or not as reliable as t1,
also latency comparison between t1 and fiber? which has a lower latency usually?
service level agreement for ethernet such as 99.9% uptime like with t1 is that common ?
