| They bit me too.
They charged me $285 for not returning the modem, when I called to cancel they didnt even mention having to return it, 3 weeks later a guy called if he could pick it up and he did, about a week later I got another bill charging me another $285. When I called the system cannot tell them if a modem was returned or not, I had to fax the reciept a few times and they took off ONE of the $285 charges and just yesterday I called and they took off the 2nd charge. All could have been avoided if they rep had told me to return the modem! |
